How much do you think my trade is worth?
In order for us to provide you a definitive figure for your trade-in we must see the vehicle. A typical professional appraisal takes 20 minutes and can often be done while you are on a test drive. If you are not yet ready to visit our dealership for a full appraisal, we suggest you take advantage of our online appraisal tool. It takes a few moments to fill out and you will have a general idea of its worth in no time at all. You can access it here: TRADE APPRAISAL
What kind of interest rate will your dealership offer me?
Many new Toyota Vehicles offer special financing incentives to qualified buyers. In most cases, those who qualify and wish to finance opt for Toyota's special programs. Should the vehicle you decide to purchase not include any such finance programs, we use many competing lenders who are eager to earn your business with a very aggressive interest rate. Will the price be lower if I pay cash?
No, whether you decide to pay with cash or finance your vehicle, price will not change. We do not believe an individual's payment method should influence the selling price.
If I receive a price quote from you, will it change once I arrive at your dealership?
No, absolutely not. The price quote we provide you is a real price on a real car you can really buy.
Does your quote include rebates and/or other incentives that most people do not qualify for in order to lure me in?
No, our dealership prides itself on transparency. We are indeed committed to informing you of any and all programs available to help you save money. However, our price quotes do not include programs such as Toyota's Recent College Grad ($1,000 on select vehicles) that few people qualify for. So, you do not need to look for and read any "fine print" with dislaimers surrounding our price quotes.
How does Toyota of Runnemede arrive at its prices for its pre-owned vehicles?
At Toyota of Runnemede, we use live market pricing for all of our pre-owned vehicles to ensure the price is both very aggressive and very fair.
What is "Live Market Pricing"?
Live market pricing provides realistic competitive prices on all of our pre-owned vehicles, all the time. So , when you consider purchasing from Toyota of Runnemede you can be sure that our price is fair and competitive, we don't play pricing games, and you'll save time and money.
How negotiable are your pre-owned prices?
We recognize that you wish for a dealership's prices to be extremely attractive. Our live market pricing strategy helps to ensure our pricing is highly competitive and aggressive. However, if you believe our pricing is inconsistent with your research, please bring that information with you upon your visit. We will be more than happy to ensure you are gettingan exceptional deal with your hard-earned money.
Beyond the vehicle's selling price, what other costs are associated with a purchase at Toyota of Runnemede?
Provided you are a NJ resident and intend to register your vehicle in NJ, you will pay a 7% sales tax on the vehicles selling price. Should you have a trade-in, you will be taxed on the difference after trade. For example, if the vehicle's selling price is $20,000 and your trade-in is $5,000, you will pay $1050 ($15,000 x 7%) in sales tax. Other costs include; NJ Registration fees and Dealership DOC Fee. The Doc Fee is an administrative fee collected by the dealership. Toyota of Runnemede's DOC Fee is $96. This is the lowest in the surrounding area including other Toyota dealerships, and we pride ourselves on this.
I am a Pennsylvania/Philadelphia resident. Will I have to pay NJ sales tax if I purchase my car from you?
No, you will not be responsible for NJ sales tax should you be a Pennsylvania/Philadelphia resident. You will only be responsible for the tax rates corresponding to your place of residency. It will jsut require us to ensure you take delivery of your vehicle with a Penn. residency. We help many Pennsylvanians/Philadelphians purchase a vehicle. Consequently, we are very familiar with the process and are highly capable of assisting you in completing it smoothly.
What is the dealership's Doc Fee and why is it there?
Toyota of Runnemede's Doc Fee, $96, addresses service costs sustained by our dealership that are different than those paid to the manufacturer to obtain vehicles. The Doc Fee is related to costs associated with compliance for Federal and NJ State laws that grant safety, consumer protection, anti-theft measures, vehicle history checks, notifications, certifications and other filings. Our Doc Fee is the lowest in the area for any Toyota Dealership by a considerable amount. Feel free to call us for more information.
If I didn't purchase my vehicle at your dealership will I be treated any different than someone who did when I visit Service?
Absolutly not. We sincerely appreciate your decision to conduct business at our dealership and we strongly desire for you to continue visiting us. We understand that to do this we must treat you with the same exceptional service we treat all of our customers with. We do not care where you purchased your vehicle, we care that when you visit us you are completely "wowed."
Why doesn't Toyota of Runnemede advertise more on television and other media outlets?
Our dealership is very fortunate to be in a position where it does not need to spend large amounts of money advertising. We've built our business on providing our customers with unparalleled care and concern. As a result, much of our business comes by way of repeat and referral customers. Speaking of referrals, did you know we reward $100 to a current customer who refers someone else to our dealership that purchases a car?
